Why are we in Iraq?

We went in to help Iraq.  We have been there for many years.  Actually, the Iraq war is not legal.  Congress did not approve it.  The president said it was a helping the people in Iraq. In my mind, if someone is shooting at you and you at them, that is war.  But why are we in Iraq anyway?  We went to Iraq to help establish a government but now the terrorists are mad at us for taking over and helping form a government.  Their first major attack was 9/11.  Why don’t we just pull out so the terrorists will be fine with us and not mad for invading.  But if we pull out, we may still be attacked by new groups who want us to come back.  What did we get into??

What is dust made of?

Believe it or not, dust is made up of dead skin cells. Your skin cells grow and die very fast. Believe it or not, the skin that you see on your hands, face, legs, ect. are actually all dead because the dead sin cells go to the surface of your skin and fall off. It’s gross but true! So next time you are dusting, think about what you are cleaning up.

Cracking your knuckles: Good or Bad?

I did some research and I found out that cracking your knuckles doesn’t lead to arthritis.  BUT overzealous cracking can injure the ligaments that support those joints.  That will only happen if you crack them very often and I mean VERY often.  But, it loosens up your joints and once and awhile, it is good for you to crack them.

What if people saw different color schemes?

Think about it.

But, what if for me red looks like this: Red

It is possible that you see different colors than me.  People would still call the color “red” red because that is what they were taught.  It’s confusing but could be true!

Who Really Built The Pyramids?

According to history, about 3,500 years ago, the Pharaoh of Egypt allowed the Israelites to live in the land of Goshen.  About 400 years later Pharaoh decided that the Israelites were too powerful.  He feared, because of their population, that they would take over the land of Egypt. He quickly ordered that the Egyptian army captured the Israelites had made them slaves for Pharaoh.  He ordered them to build the great statues, pyramids, and temples, or they would die.  They were the ones who were forced to build the pyramids, statues, and temples of Ra and the other gods of Egypt.
